Event Program

Carpooling is planned : you can specify in the registration if you will need a place in a carpool.

Morning – at the Hotel Plaza in Chasseneuil-du-Poitou

• Welcome Breakfast: Start the day with a warm welcome over coffee and pastries.
• Icebreakers: Get to know your fellow participants with fun and interactive activities.
• Alumni journey presentations: Hear inspiring stories from former students about their career paths and achievements.
• Roundtable discussions: An open space to ask questions and exchange ideas.

Noon

• Lunch: with colleagues and teatchers-researchers attending the LABEX conferences.

Afternoon

• Lab visit: Explore the brand new PROMETEE lab at the Pprime Institute. (There will be several opportunities to visit the labs, including PROMETEE)
• Collaborative challenge activity: Take part in an exciting team challenge at Le Cube.

Evening – in Poitiers city center

• Dinner: Conclude the day with a delightful dinner in Auberge chez Cul de Paille.

✏️  From 31 March to 2 April, LABEX is organising conferences also open to you. You can also take part if you wish.
